Shipment Processing Time

We aim to get all orders dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.  If the order arrives early enough it will more than likely be posted the same day (Monday to Friday).  Proof of postage is always retained.  If you require Next day delivery it will all depend on the time the order is received (the size of the order will also dictate this as all rigs are made to order) We may also be required to purchase specific items for the order.)

Royal Mail Signed For      (£3.05) 1-2 business days

Royal Mail Tracked 24      (£3.50) 1-2 business days

Royal Mail Tracked 48      (£2.70) 2-3 business days

Next Day Pre 1pm            (£7.75) next day pre 1pm - guaranteed


Occasionally the Royal Mail may experience delays which are beyond our control.


International Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

International Tracked via Royal Mail and others will vary due to weight and size so we will contact you to discuss the best possible price for you.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Items sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery have full tracking and insurance up to £500.

We will provide the tracking number as soon as the item is posted.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The customer is responsible for any customs duties or tax to be paid if applicable to their postal address.  We regularly post them on our social media pages to share with everyone.


Damages

Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange replacements.  A photo may be required.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted if the product is damaged of faulty upon receipt.  In this unfortunate event can you please photograph the damaged packaging and product and contact us so we can arrange.  Any claims made after the initial delivery date will unfortunately have to be denied due to the nature of these products.
